I have worked with first-time home buyers and sellers, new construction, condo homes, down-sizing sellers and everything in-between during my 14 years of total real estate experience. I have helped clients in many different price ranges and neighborhoods in the Greater Nashville area.

Katie is Libby’s right hand gal. Her job is to support the team in any way necessary to ensure that the client’s transaction moves along swimmingly. She is tasked with a variety of vital responsibilities that bolster the team’s success and enhance service to our buyers and sellers. Katie handles the details of operations as well as listing services for the team, and is always readily available to help clients throughout the home buying or selling process.
Prior to entering the world of real estate, Katie worked in social media marketing as well as jewelry sales. Though a bit of an industry shift, Katie’s ability to market a property coupled with her capacity to take personal interest in a client’s unique circumstances and needs makes her a natural fit to the team and real estate.
Katie comes to us as one of the many Nashville transplants that are Chicago natives- she and her family relocated to Brentwood about two years ago. That being said, some of her favorite things include the Cubs, Italian food, summer boat days on Lake Michigan, and her dog Kolbi.

Andrea handles all aspects of Libby’s seamless contract-to-close process, working with buyers and sellers alike, and providing excellent care and communication throughout the transaction. She is passionate about ensuring her clients have a great experience when managing the details of closing on a home.
Andrea grew up in Middle Tennessee just outside of Nashville in a small town called Woodbury. Her upbringing taught her what hard work is from an early age helping her family manage a commercial beef cattle farm and raising Tennessee Walking Horses. In 2008, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. While at MTSU, she met her husband, Andrew. They married in 2009 and have 3 adorable puppies, Abby, Juno, and Bailey.
Andrea loves southern cooking, 1930's jazz music, antique picking, and dark roast coffee. She sometimes goes by the loving nickname given by her mother, Andi Leigh. She and her husband reside in the South Nashville area.
