The List with Libby Team of The Wilson Group Real Estate Services is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Team Manager. As the manager of The List with Libby Team, your job is multifaceted. Communication is key, and organization is crucial. This person will meet with the team lead daily to discuss all the moving parts of our busy real estate business.


Common tasks include:

-Physical file and digital file organization (following checklists for the office and TAR regulation)

-Marketing and some graphic design work (creating and sending out postcards, email blasts, client event planning)

-Scheduling inspections and managing transactions from contract to close

-Updating and running lead agent's work calendar (scheduling lunches and appointments)

-Accounting of business costs and billing

-Managing education requirements and involvement points

-Drafting and sending paperwork to clients

-Reaching out to all parties involved in the real estate transaction and making sure they have everything they need

-Picking up and delivering earnest money checks in a timely manner

-Preparing homes for listing (getting them ready for photography, putting up signage/lockbox)


Requirements:

-Some knowledge and experience in the real estate industry

-Familiarity with Nashville and surrounding areas

-Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Ability to prioritize and multitask

-Marketing acumen

-Enjoys a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy required


*Real Estate License highly preferred*

Job to start as a part-time position with the intention to grow into full-time.
